Our Food

With a profound emphasis on the local and the seasonal, Head Chef Shane Hughes has created stunning menus that celebrate the finest ingredients from the Garden of England. Spread across 3 separate dining spaces, our kitchen offers lunch and dinner seven days a week. We’ve developed multiple dining experiences, from moreish lunch menus through to knock-your-socks off a la carte and tasting menus in the evening. For the true gastronaut, there is even a blind menu, served up in the Tasting Room and comprised of whatever the Chef is particularly smitten by from the fresh ingredients picked and collected and caught and delivered every day.

Above all, our food is designed to enjoy. Our chairs are comfy, our dining style relaxed, our dishes playful and indulgent.

We take our food very seriously, so that our guests don’t have to.
