With a profound emphasis on the local and the seasonal, Head Chef Shane Hughes has created stunning menus that celebrate the finest ingredients from the Garden of England. Spread across 3 separate dining spaces, our restaurant offers full service lunch and dinner seven days a week. In collaboration with renowned restaurateur Richard Phillips, we’ve developed multiple dining experiences, from moreish ‘small plates’ at lunchtime through to knock-your-socks off a la carte and tasting menus in the evening. For the true gastronaut, there is even a blind menu, served up in the Tasting Room and comprised of whatever the Chef is particularly smitten by from the fresh ingredients picked and collected and caught and delivered every day.
